Andreas was born in Cyprus in 1950 and immigrated to the UK in 1969 to further his education. He successfully completed a business studies course in 1972 and was awarded with the Higher National Diploma in Business Studies.

He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1980 and he has been in private practice ever since and looking after a diversified portfolio of clients.  He has wide experience in all aspects of general accountancy practice and specialises in all property related matters in connection with direct and indirect taxation. He is also advising a large portfolio of clients both in the UK and overseas.

He has contributed to the establishment of multi-million pounds real estate entities.

Over the last 15 years Michael has cultivated his accounting career in public practice advising and supporting multi-industry clientele in accounting, tax and audit. The varied industries Michael has worked in prior to accountancy, which include education, the car industry, retail and hospitality have given him an insight that clients relate to.

Michael is an experienced partner in FRS102 and UK tax legislation including audit for companies and groups as well as aspects of international businesses. Personal tax and tax planning is an important element Michael concentrates on with his clients. He works closely with both start up and fully established entities offering business development and strategic financial support.

Michael’s passion for business has helped clients with a full scope of the accounting and finance functions. He has specific interest in HMRC enquiries and investigations with a proven track record.

Antony was born in London in 1973. After completing his studies at The University of East London, he joined Cyprus Airways Limited in 1996 as an internal accountant in their Central London offices. In 1997, he joined a London based firm of Auditors and Accountants where he commenced his professional career. He qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1998. Antony joined the London based Audit and Accountancy firm, Kounnis And Partners Limited, in July 2002 and in April 2005 he was admitted to the Board of Directors of Kounnis And Partners Limited and Kounnis Insuforce Plc, a London based general insurance broking company. On 1^st July 2024, he was admitted to the Board of Directors of Christiansons Limited, a London based Audit and Accountancy firm.

Anthony has a wealth of experience in acting for all sized clients. He understands their needs and gains great satisfaction from assisting them to comply with all regulations in a tax efficient manner. He is also well qualified to offer helpful business advice.

He currently specialises in Accounting and Taxation matters with an emphasis on Property Investment and Property Management companies. He also has experience in Foreign Currency Exchange and General Insurance Broking and is active in his UK based family property business which comprises of managing commercial, mixed use and residential property investments. He is a director of various companies which cater for the above activities as well as the Chairman of a UK based general investment company that he operates with his family.

Asif was born in 1958 in Lahore and achieved his B.Com from the University of Karachi. He started his career in Karachi with a firm of Chartered Accountants that was associated with an International firm. Here he gained valuable experience in auditing, being exposed to large audit assignments, notably in major sectors such as: engineering, car manufacturing, chemical, infrastructure and banking. He moved to UK in 1982 and started working with a medium size Chartered Accountancy firm in London. He is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant with over 35 years of experience in the UK alone; dealing with statutory accounts, auditing and taxation including multinational groups.

Over the last 20 years he has captained senior roles in various accountancy firms. Responsibilities included planning and supervising of audit teams throughout the audit process. Asif has been working alongside our Chairman since 2010.

Koulla was born in London and started her education at Haberdasher’s Aske’s School for girls. She then went to the University College of London to obtain a BA in History and she is also a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She is fluent in French, German, Greek and Italian.

Koulla has valuable experience in the preparation of tax returns, bookkeeping, VAT returns, payroll and accounts preparation for companies, self-employed and sole-traders. Koulla is very computer literate and she has strong experience in auditing small and medium size companies. Koulla has also been involved in training junior staff and advising clients on statutory matters.
